Pricing and Timescales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n By it\u2019s very nature corrupt data cannot always be corrected so we offer a \u2018no fix, no fee\u2019 data fixing service where we\u2019ll take your data and attempt to fix it. If it can be fixed, we\u2019ll give you a price and, if you go ahead, you\u2019ll get a clean set of data in return. There is no obligation at all and, if you choose not to go ahead, there is no fee at all for the work done up to that point. Rather than charge a flat fee, the cost of the data repairs is based on both the volume and severity of the errors. Prices start at \u00a3160+VAT<\/strong> and, as a guide, 90% of data repairs come in at between \u00a3180+VAT and \u00a3300+VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a free, no obligation quote<\/strong>, send a screenshot or PDF copy of any errors you have (after running Check Data, select the Errors tab and then Print) to us at info@leyburnsolutions.com<\/a><\/strong> and we will get back to you with a fixed cost and timescale to fix the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In most cases, we can fix data overnight or, if the corruption is particularly bad, over a weekend thereby keeping the disruption to your business to an absolute minimum, and, unlike Sage\u2019s Data Fixing Service, there is no additional charge for carrying out work overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What do we need from you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n All we require is a backup copy of your Sage data (data files only, which you can select on the Advanced Options tab of the backup screen) and the password for the MANAGER logon.
